Item Descriptions
To ensure a perfect fit, please check the measurements against something of yours that fits well. Please note that some of our items are, unless otherwise stated, previously worn clothing items from another era. As such, these items may not be compared with something bought brand new (however, we do offer new items as well). We look our items over with extreme care and always try to disclose any serious flaws such as holes, stains, rips, missing buttons, broken zippers, or unpleasant odors. With that being said, we accept no returns on items unless we have grossly misrepresented the item. We do not accept returns because the item did not fit or it was not what you thought it would be. We do our best to describe each item accurately. If we have overlooked a major flaw or if the item has been grossly misrepresented, we will issue a refund. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of item, and return the item in the same condition it was received within 7 days.
All lingerie items are hand washed. Most other items are either washed or spot cleaned and aired out. Please note that most dry cleaning is left to the discretion of the buyer to keep prices affordable and at times to protect the piece. If an item is extremely fragile we generally recommend leaving cleaning up to the experts. We describe items to the absolute best of our ability and always try to include multiple photos.
PAYMENT/SHIPPING
We are located in Washington State. Items are shipped, securely packed, by USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. Items are shipped as soon as possible after payment receipt, during business days - generally within 1 to 3 business days.
Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. We are happy to combine shipping wherever possible.
International Buyers - you will be happy to note we have decided to once again go ahead and ship internationally.
Items are marked as what they are & may be subject to customs, etc.
We cannot falsify customs forms marking them as "gift" or incorrect value.
